Dr. Lisa DeFrank-Cole is Associate Professor and Director of Leadership Studies at West Virginia University. Her research area is focused on women and leadership though she is increasingly more interested in learning how followership is playing a role in the ways women influence others. She was a 2012 Fulbright Specialist Scholar in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the 2015 chair of the Women and Leadership Affinity Group in the International Leadership Association. She teaches
